The Power of Video
If you own a business chances are you put a lot of emphasis on marketing, and who could blame you. Successful marketing is what drives your client base, builds your brand image, and turns potential customers in actual customers. One thing that often goes overlooked is the power of video in your marketing campaign. I believe every business no matter the size should have at least one video to support your marketing efforts. This can seem overwhelming when you see the prices that production companies cost, however this doesn't have to be an issue. Creating an engaging video for your business can be easy and inexpensive. Step 1: Get footage
Decided on the content of your video. This can be short videos shot on your phone around your store, make sure to show everything that you want your customers to see including: store front, lobby, product, etc. Another route is to use filmed customer testimonials, many customers would be happy to do this when offered a discount, gift card, or chance to win something. A combination of these strategies is a great way to cover all your bases.
Step 2: Video Editing
This step is where you add branded assets, cut out unnecessary info , and add a call to action (super important) .
